Mazol Dues

You can use the convenient method below to make your dues payment.

NOTE: Please make the selection below for the amount as shown on the statement sent to you from Shriners International. If you are unsure of your amount owing, please contact Karen at 709-364-1591 or office@mazolshriners.com to verify the correct amount.

If you would like to make an additional donation, simply make a selection from the dropdown below. It will be added to your dues payment. When ready, simply press the PayPal Checkout button below.  If you have a PayPal account (not required) you can make a payment using PayPal, otherwise, select the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and complete the required payment fields. Note that you are not required to create a PayPal account to make a payment. Simply deselect the “Save info & create your PayPal account” slider to pay with your credit card.

This fee includes the following:

  • Shriners International Per Capita = $69.50
    (includes US $ Exchange Rate)
  • Hospital Assessment =$6.60
    (includes US $ Exchange Rate )
  • Mazol Temple =$40.00

Total  $116.10

OPTIONAL: If you would like to add a donation, you can increase the total below to any dollar amount you would like. The additional cost (above $116.10) will be differentiated as a donation.

This fee includes the following:

    (includes US $ Exchange Rate)
  • Mazol Temple =$40.00
