Potentate Visitation - Harold W Duffett Shriners RV Park
The Potentate will be conducting his official visitation of the Harold W Duffett Shriners RV Park in Eastport on September 3 - 5, 2010

Stated Meeting and Ceremonial - Botwood
Please be advised that there will be a Stated Meeting, followed by First and Second Section Ceremonies, in the Masonic Lodge in Botwood, on Saturday, September 11th, 2010, the sole purpose of which is to approve applications, initiate new Nobles and start a new Shrine Club, in Botwood.

The Schedule for the occasion is as follows:

9:00 am------------------------------Stated Meeting in Lodge Room;

9:30 am------------------------------First Section in Lodge Room;

11:00 am-----------------------------Second Section in Banquet Room;

12:30 pm-----------------------------Soup and Sandwiches in Banquet Room; (Price to be advised)

1:30 pm-------------------------------Botwood Shriners Meeting;

2:30 pm-------------------------------Divan Meeting;

6:30 pm-------------------------------Dinner for Nobles, Ladies and Guests; (Price to be advised)

The evening’s activities will consist of: fezing ceremony; dinner; announcement by the Potentate of formation of new Shanawdithit Shrine Club; issuance of Charter and installation of new Club Executive etc.

As many Shrine Members as possible are requested to attend this very momentous occasion.

Dress for the Meeting and Dinner will be regular Club Dress for the Nobility, Tux for Divan.
